Lunch at The Ritz shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable New York State sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipping Policy

Lunch at The Ritz currently only ships domestically. Shipping method is only USPS. These options are USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days)  Priority (1-3 days) and Priority Express Mail Express (next-day to 2 day). These delivery times are based on location. 
Orders totaling over $150..00 will be shipped free of charge via USPS Ground advantage only..  .

Delivery Times and Requirements

All of our merchandise is shipped directly from our Valatie, NY studio. All shipments are subject to the Lunch at The Ritz stock availability.  While in-stock merchandise may take up to 2 to 3 days to process, we make every effort to ship products the same day your order is placed.. Lunch at The Ritz does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
